LUTweave Pro purchases are covered by a 14-day refund policy. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will honor it.
Try Free first
The Free version is functional with no time limit and includes the core browsing, preview, and Apply workflow with two LUT slots. Trying it is the best way to confirm LUTweave works in your setup before buying Pro.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the support page within the 14-day window and include your order details. We will arrange the refund with the payment provider.
- Reach out within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include the email or order reference from checkout.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method by the payment provider.
