The product

LUTweave is a Photoshop plugin published by Ridge Slate (Rene B.). It is independent software and is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Adobe.

License

LUTweave Pro is sold under a personal license for one named person. It may be installed on up to three machines that person personally uses.

The license may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Full terms are set out in the End User License Agreement.

Pricing and payment

LUTweave Pro is a one-time purchase of $39.99 USD. It is not a subscription.

Payment and order processing are handled by an external payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout by that provider.

Versions and updates

The license is perpetual for the purchased major version. Updates within version 1.x are included.

Future major versions may require a separate paid upgrade.

Free version

The Free version remains functional with no time limit. It provides two LUT slots plus the core browsing, preview, and Apply workflow.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by a 14-day refund policy. See the Refund Policy for request instructions.

Acceptable use

You agree to use LUTweave lawfully and not to circumvent its licensing, redistribute it, or misrepresent your relationship to Ridge Slate.

Software provided as-is

LUTweave is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Ridge Slate does not guarantee compatibility with every Photoshop version or configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridge Slate’s total liability arising from the software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
